The medical team approach was very detailed and professional in every way. Confident that they performed excellent assessment and treatment. Only minor suggestion is to remind the front office staff that although they check in a large number of patients per day, each patient only checks in once per day and likely they don’t know the required check in process as I did not….remember it is the front office that sets the initiation experience. Thank you all, and I will definitely return and recommend to others.

DR. Mark Willoughby was great and seem to care. I would give 5 stars if I didn’t have to wait an hour to be seen but other than that, I would recommend to friends and family

Courtney is great and she makes an uncomfortable treatment easy to tolerate. Plus she helped me with one other small thing.
The 4 instead of 5 is because I’ve been to the office now, 5 or 6 times. I have never, not once, gotten in at my appointment time. Usually, like Friday, 15 late. I’m guessing I”m not the only one who is delayed which is not good.

Dr. Mafong was absolutely amazing! He checked all of my skin and made me feel so comfortable. He truly cared about giving me the best care. I highly recommend him. He is the BEST!
